Issues

Issues are the things that need attention before you bid. Struction surfaces three kinds — RFIs, Risks, and Scope Gaps — and keeps them in two places: the Risk Register and the Trade Map. Working through them is how you drive a project toward a confident price.

Issues show up in two places, always in sync:

As a single, sortable ledger — the Risk Register, found in the Document Map.
As colored chips on the Trade Map, sitting on the exact sheets and scopes they affect, so you can see where the trouble is concentrated.

Good to know — Resolved issues drop off the map (you'll still find them in the Risk Register). There are never fewer issues than trades on a project — at minimum, each trade has questions worth getting quotes on.
